Besides able to retain talents, companies will have more resource of knowledge, know-how skills and experience which will effect on the company reputation.

3. Encourage to perform more than expected:

To make them work even harder and more, companies need to show the benefits the employee will get if they able to perform more than what management expected. Benefits will encourage them to perform more than usual.


Once employee satisfied on what they get on what they worked for, they will continuously work harder and perform better to acquire more. This will results on company overall increasing of productivity and performance.


In long term, this will benefits on company productivity, good culture and performance.
